  • I've never broiled a steak in the oven before. How long do you broil it on each side? Or do you even flip the steak while in the oven?

  • @Lillian0813 It depends on the thickness of your steak. In this video, there are 2 different recipes going on -- 1 is broiled for about 3 minutes per side, flipped in the oven. The other is started on the stovetop and finished under the broiler. For more details, check out the recipes (links are in the video description).
