@jumbosilverette Just did a bit of reading about Ed Koplin today - looks like he had a cool celebrity clientele in his Santa Monica shop. I too started at "the box" in 1976 at our local mall. They are growing on me again.
Btw - LOVE that emerald green Nat Sherman pipe. Beautiful piece! I used to smoke Nat Sherman cigars with a buddy.

If you have seen my Youtube series (ongoing) you know I started in the original Tinderbox about 1962 and Ed (Kolpin's) son Karl got me started. Peterson make's a green pipe since they are from Ireland. Those are nice pipes and a good video.Jason

@MojoMilt Thanks for the welcome, Frank. Just watched your Tinder Box vid -- I started my pipe smoking interest in the early 70's there and still go by the old shop when I'm in town. Ed Kolpin, the founder, was quite a character. See you around.
