The video is not good, the positions and movements aren't executed properly, you shouldn't try to do this in home at less you want get injured.

La meilleure video du net pour expliquer le kata et son bunkaï. Je suis une débutante qui a commencé en retard et au milieu d'autres ceintures de couleurs, votre video m'aide vraiment beaucoup pour rattraper mon retard, et je pense qu'elle servira même les plus expérimentés. Merci !
