i seriously could of done a way better job on this expecialy since i gave up right after the last white falsh affect but insted i did such a half-less than a half thought out job on this -_- but i really wanted to make a video dedicated to his last fight. also including the part of it being 2am i am sorry for lack of imagination or timing or effects...

Background bio:
Okita Shouji was the captain of the first unit of the Shinsengumi, a special police force in Kyoto during the late shogunate period. He was one of the best swordsmen of the Shinsengumi, along with Saito Hajime and Nagakura Shinpachi. He was latter diagnosed with tuberculosis and died from its effects.

I find it interesting that in actual history Okita Souji existed and that in truth no one knew if he got along with Hijikata-san or not and that he was more close to Yamanami Keisuke .[ isn't that grate you just learned something ^^ (ok please don't mark me as a school lover, i don't like learning at all but this info was interesting XD)]

@EmmaYYary its in the video description. Its a good anime to those that like animes based off of real history and if you like fantisy with alot of action. But from me its a good anime that you should try to watch.

@jeff1532 ...realy...well i've never seen it just the first ep and i don't really think it is because this one is a serious and based on a historical group while gintama is fantasy and comedy.

I dunno if I should be happy that Kazama Chikage didn't really beat him back in Ikeda ya. It's just that... he already have tb already. And it has worsened because of it. ~.~ No. Not happy at all.

I loved him. You're the best! My only fave Shinsengumi... Okay, maybe I like Harada a little bit. xD Why did he have to die because of tb? He's just 21 at the time. :( So young... I know he rather have died in the battle than because of it.

the way they showed how he died is totally epic (sad but epic). i feel sorry for chizuru who was eventually left behind.

in real life though he died at his sister's house i think. he stayed with her to try and recover from his TB (DAMN YOU TB).
