not the choke. the choke would have continually turned over the bike, but died.

try when it starts don,t rev let it tick over slowly and warm up a bit before you rev the engine

then when warm take choke off hope this helps

if yu have to rev it to keep the bike going the idle speed on the carb is too slow!
