@asamcrowe Yes, possibly, but when I looked before the video, I saw it looked like a turkey vulture with the white triangles on the wings... but it's hard to tell.

@asamcrowe my first impression when I first saw was, "are you sure that is a TV?" so I think you are right.

@kingcherub Look at the head. There's moments when you can see it. The Golden Eagle has a much bigger head, with feathers on it. I have video of a Golden Eagle on here - you can see the difference. We see these guys all the time - there is a roost nearby.
