@lispectorando I actually think it's too fast. It started off just a little fast for me, but as the swell came on it rushed way too much for me. I prefer more of a 12-14 minute long prelude. Absolutely GORGEOUS cello section though. Such amazing depth to the sound.

@KazBerlin, Ya, they are superb, a living proof that great music transcends differences, but they owe all this to the vision of maestro Barenboim and the co-founder of E-W Divan, the late Edward Said. sd goh (malaysia)

This is absolutely fantastic! I was fortunate to see them live a couple of years ago: they never disappoint. How they continue to play beyond all the context they bring with them: one of the strongest statements for music and peace without forgetting the past.
