@glassofchees. I have the code. I go to C;/porgram files/movie maker. The problem is, when I go to movie maker theres no shared in there. SO, I tryed to make one and inside the shared is the addontfx( which I also had to make)

So what exactly is your problem? Please note this is for XP machines only.
After you make the Shared folder and the AddOnTFX folder all you need to do it copy the code into notepad, and save it as "bluescreen.xml" THE .XML IS IMPORTANT. After that, just save the bluescreen.xml file into addonTFX and it should appear in your transitions on movie maker.
