- Boyd BUSHMAN, an engineer and inventor at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., the nation's largest aerospace company, has sued his employer, claiming that the company, DIRECTED BY THE GOVERNMENT, suppressed an invention that he believes has implications as a portable and INEXPENSIVE WAY of generating energy. Lockheed has had the suit removed to federal court.

The complaint asserts that the value of Mr. Bushman's 20% revenue profit share has been substantially reduced by the failure to promote the concept. The patent at issue, U.S. Patent No. 5,384,802, describes a way of turning a jet engine into a POWERFUL LASER WEAPON. According to military technology expert John Pike of GlobalSecurity.org, the U.S. Air Force recently studied the utility of lightweight laser-weapon-equipped aircraft. Lockheed declined to comment.

Mr. Bushman's attorney is B. Buzz Deitchman of Dallas' Law Office of B. Buzz Deitchman. Counsel for Lockheed is Herbert J. Hammond of Dallas' Thompson & Knight. A spokeswoman for the aeronautics company [as would be expected - using PR tactics - based on mere Opinion NOT on fact NOR on law!] said that the engineer's claim is groundless. Bushman v. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., No. 4:01cv498 (N.D. Texas June 15, 2001).

** Boyd Bushman is coming forward now because he believes that survival on Earth is precarious at best, and believes that interstellar travel to other worlds is the only hope for preserving mankind. There are so many things wrong with this, I don't even know where to begin. Whether or not the moon was created by an impact is still up for debate, although widely accepted by the scientific community. However, that has little to do with rotation. Everything in space rotates, and if you understand fundamental physics, you'd know why. Also, most of the things in this video are flawed with basic understanding of the Laws of Physics. And by the way, the Electromagnetic force is magnetism.

Something hit earth, sent up a piece of the earth and this caused the planet to start spinning and us getting a moon.

@mistermassive1 That´s not true. The reason the earth is spinning is because we got hit by an asteroid that hit the earth. Sent up a piece of rock into space that we know call the moon.

The moon comes from the earth because of an impact and the earth is slowing down a tiny bit every year.
