i do of sprint 20 minutes, does that helps out on burning the body fat all over your body???

@athlete365 oh that makes more sence then lol. personally i like to keep my sprints for 30-40 seconds, and 30-40 secs rest.i find that any more than that and im just let momentum take it, like i cant feel my quads and ham contracts as powerfully as when im fresh
45 min sprints.. yeah right, i wish, 25 mins tops for me, after that my legs are about to explode from lactic acid build up and im near the pont of puking.. :D

An entire workout may take up to 45 minutes if you are including warm-up, some drills, the sprints, and a cool down. The actual sprint workout will take 10-15 minutes. And that includes the recovery between sprints. Just the sprints probably make up less than five minutes.
