  • @marionettemaster it does. That was also a plot that they originally intended for Chrono Cross, and is supported by Radical Dreamers. However, as the cast of CC grew, the programmers had trouble representing the unique history of Magus among the other characters and eventually dropped that plot. However there is a shadow that appears after reading Lucia's letter to Kid. Glitch or intentional, we have yet to see.

  • Not to mention his techs are amazing power-wise, as well as visually.

  • arise lightning... kill the wabbit... i mean, isn't this tech just sweet? too bad magus got replaced by guile (but still uses sprites and such) because the story was already way too big to fit more than little glimpses of schala and magus -goes to play radical dreamers- altough maybe guile is indeed magus, who knows?

  • @grapetwistersoda Wow, I didn't know you could do that....dang!

  • I like Guile... but when I finished ToA ... EVERY time using Lightnin Rod I screamed " INDINGATION" ...( ^,^)'''

  • It doesn't say "to be continued in Chrono Cross", that's BS.

  • U know something, I think Guile might be Magus's son, they do sorta look alike, if thats so then Schala is his aunt and Kid is his cousin.

Or he could be a clone of Magus, if so, Kid must be his sister or half-sister

  • Actually, I think the hint is more for Magus being Gil in the game Radical Dreamers, more then Guile in CC. Guile is just 'based on' Gil, but not meant to be him. At least, that's my understand of it. He's just a reference to Gil, thus Magus.

  • so Guile didn't have any memories either>>???
