November Impala Update (Read Description)

Wow, I think it's been over a month since I've posted a video. I have been very busy with things such as preparing for winter. I also had a recent death in the family which took some time. Anyway, here is an update on the 2003 Impala. I'm still pretty pleased with it.

A slipping transmission is usually a sign the fluid needs changed.

I'd change that transmission fluid ASAP, as you don't want it getting worse.

@jmurray01 I thought about that too, but according to my service records, the tranny fluid was last changed about 10,0000 miles ago.

@jojocats2 Perhaps they put in too thin fluid... That or the transmission is simply worn out, and it is nothing to do with the fluid.

If it is just slipping on hills, you should still manage to get a few years out of it at least before it gets too bad to drive.
