Roaming VJ set of me doing some "photonic action painting" (as I like to call it) at "War of the Roses", downtown Los Angeles on Feb. 7, 2009. Video shows how I set up my rig with the 3M MPro110 mini projector, a MacBook, modul8, portable battery pack and assorted attachments to make the rig an all-in-one, highly mobile VJ unit. Multi rooms at WofR's included sets by me, VJ Puzz:piece, Megan Tyra, and No Input.

Thanks for commenting guys. Much appreciated coming from both of you.

Indeed, this kind of set is similar to MCThis' rig; general mobility is becoming more prevalent. But, I think that the gestural, performance possibilities for shooting video light around a room or gallery are greatly opened up with the use of these tiny projectors. And, yes, I have seen clips of kids in London attaching units to iPods and shooting imagery on to peeps in the street. Fun! But, alas, cant mix on an iPod...yet. :)
