http://www.RyanEspey.com - This is my basic routine for armwrestling performed once per week on Sundays. I had originally included explanations for all the exercises and why I do them as well as tips on form, equipment to use, etc. but the video was too long for youtube. This is a short version with music. If you have any questions about the exercises performed please ask in the comments section and I will be happy to answer.

  • @MrEspey can you tell the diference between a full range and a close range, wath is one doing to your bicep and wath is the other ? Thanks

  • @g3org3210 You are strengthening yourself in certain positions with partial movements. Any extension in an armwrestling match lessens your leverage.

  • Very interesting exercise selection. But why only once a week Ryan? How many days a week do you arm wrestle?

    I have changed a great deal since this... but still hit each group once a week. It takes me that long to recover. I do not do any table training.

  • Excellent training, don't understand why some people are saying it isn't a workout... Your forearms must be huge!!!! I'd hate to armwrestle you, but would like to start training
