@MrEspey can you tell the diference between a full range and a close range, wath is one doing to your bicep and wath is the other ? Thanks

@g3org3210 You are strengthening yourself in certain positions with partial movements. Any extension in an armwrestling match lessens your leverage.

Very interesting exercise selection. But why only once a week Ryan? How many days a week do you arm wrestle?

I have changed a great deal since this... but still hit each group once a week. It takes me that long to recover. I do not do any table training.
