Yeah I let "Across the Universe" influence me too much here. But it's a pretty song anyway. And I felt better when Lennon said he lifted the riff to "I Feel Fine" from Bobby Parker's "Watch Your Step" (check it out!). Thanks for the kind remarks everyone.

@cedarpointluv777 As a teenager I saw your Aerovons play many times in St. Louis in the mid-to late 60's, in teen clubs and once at a drive-in movie! I'm also very good friends with The Aerovons bass player - Bob Frank -whom I see perform in band today.

The Aerovons were a St. Louis,Missouri band whom I saw perform many times as a teenager in St. Louis in the late 60's. I still see the original bass player on The Aerovons - Bob Frank - in St. Louis - and he performs now in an old-timey bluegrass
