NASA UFO STS-127 July 26, 2009 - UFO Appears by ISS Robotic Arm

I was watching mission coverage on the NASA TV site and saw this disc materialize in front of the robotic arm and then fly under it and fade out. When the footage first aired it was live and the clarity of the image was unbelieveable. The object was clearly a disc shape. I was able to catch this video when they replayed the footage during the mission highlights at the end of the day. Unfortunately when they replayed the footage it seemed to be in a lower resolution and having to film it from my laptop doesn't help matters much. Still, you can see the object, so I hope you enjoy.

Sorry to burst the bubble here guys, but this is just lens flare.

Watch closely. It moves in sync with the camera movement.

But there's aliens up there nevertheless ;)

I wish you could have seen the footage live. I've researched the phenomena for years, and trust me, this was no lens flare.

Thanks for the comment! I don't know why NASA hates these little fellows either. If they were threatening I think it would be blatantly obvious by now. I wish I could have posted better footage; the detail was so crisp when it originally aired!

Hmm.. i looked at it again. I have to admit. The fragment is too short to determine if it realy was lens flare. And it does come rather weird into view to be a flare.
