I wouldnt be surprised if my first elementary has EST Genesis chime strobes in march time. Since it did have Simplex single stroke bells in march time. If that happened it would have the same sound except chimes instead of bells and strobes instead of red double bulbed lights. And that horn I suspect is a Simplex horn but I dont know what it looks like. Only what it sounds like.

Looks like it says "LOCAL ALARM - CALL 911" and the one on the conduit box says "EOL Z1"
