don't do it iceland !!! the germans and french don't give a damn about you! england neither .. if you are a small country the only reason to join EU should be if you like to be bullied into beeing something german,france and england likes you to be .
and you will day by day loose you'r independence and become a part of the Impire... a part that is of no more value than a fluffer

Icelandic independence *is* about being able to directly control our government. If Iceland joins the EU then we will be relinquishing that control by our own volition, not because we owe anybody anything.
