You do realize there's TM02 Dragon Claw in Victory Road. So Aaken doesn't need to level 48 to learn it. Also TM80 Rock Slide is in Fukiyose Cave.

@zachlm01 Yea I know but if im not mistaken if a Pokemon learns the move on it's own then it's stronger then using a TM of the same move on it.
