In 2004 Bruno Powroznik, the renowned economist & popular housepricecrash.co.uk contributor was quoted in the Daily Telegraph as saying house prices would fall 70% in the UK in 2005!

Although Bruno's prediction failed to come true; how many of you 'rent for ever losers' have been quoted in the Daily Telegraph?

Here is the article:

Bruno's quote is on page 3 btw.

This track is a remix of the Bruno Classic: Psychobabble - The STR are Scum!

'Psychobabble - The STR are Scum' roughly translates as:

Apologetic ramblings & justifications unconsciously designed by the psyche to defend the ego, which effectively maintain vested interests - The STR's are Scum!

  • "The renowned economist"? In whose universe?

  • Bruno Powroznik is back as brunopowroznikagain

  • Yes moneyweek says it will fall by 75% in the equivalent of gold. In two years you will be able to buy an average house in Britain for only 85 ounces of gold.

  • Heh, I could email you the mp3 if you send me your email.

You will have to ask Bruno why STR's are scum when he is released.

I think he just means investor type STR's who encouraged others to STR & got a lot of people into trouble when the crash didn't occur (like we all thought it would) in 2005.

Although he has a point to a certain degree either way, since an STR might well profit from knowingly getting somebody else into negative equity.

I am an STR of sorts too btw.

  • Awesome video! I love it.
