sorry for taking so long to reply, the flower stamp is from a Stampin' Up! set called Scribble This. The background stamp is also by Stampin' Up! but it retired a few years ago. I can't remember what that one was called.

Hi!

I live in Australia and usually get double sided tape from Spotlight or Big W. I am sure you can get it from any scrapbook shop or try an online scrapbook shop :) Hope that helps

Love, LOve, L O V E this card!!! The only drawback is that since it was done so quickly and at one point the camera was away from showing what you were doing with the card, I missed a few steps. Gorgeous card, though.  I will try and re-create it. Thanks--you've just taught me how to make these 3-D flowers!!! (:
