are you kidding me? Pine? Your the last person on the planet to give advise. Pine is toxic to reptiles.
Aspen on the other hand is ok, I use resin paper at hardwear stores its 6 bucks a roll and works better then news paper. Good luck to the owner of that nice lavender retic

that fake grass in your cage is going to lead to problems. you should switch it to either newspaper, or aspen or pine shavings and clean it pretty often, bacteria growing in the cage will eventually kill the snake.
