Why Does everyone assume that hawaii is about fancy beaches and hotels. There are poor people in hawaii, too! Tourists only see the nice parts of hawaii so they just assume its a rich state. The hawaiian locals can be just as rough and tough as people in LA. The locals don't live in mansions.
