Tiny dots of light are piercing through dark background in motion. Sky full of stars? Lights of a city seen from an airplane? Or something completely different? Taking a longer look at the video a slow coherent motion appears to underlay all the dots of light. This is a video shot of ice banks reflecting sunlight while floating down and up on Hudson River in NY. Using digital tools everything besides the reflected light is turned black leaving us with the "stars floating on water"
