@Nikolai00X Well, you example is slightly wrong. In this case it would be like punishing the Air Force for a contractor (ie Dino Corps, XO, Blackwater, Alpah & Omega, Haliburton, etc.) foxtrot uniform. I am sure the Air Force probably had people review it as well, however, chances unless they are having some low-grade enlisted person reviewing, it would not even be recognized. Remember it is most likely upper-brass reviewing (probably O-5 or above) nd unless it was a Dylan or Sinatra, the...

Is that acceptable, no. So Why irregardless of the fact they hired a company, they dont review the ad before they spend the money for a superbowl ad. Copyright infringement is infringement. And its not like it was a back water song no one knew

Not only a total rip off but the Airforce actually has the nerve to denie that the song is stolen. There excuse being "Oh the advertisement aggency we hired for the commercial came up with it." Oh so what they are saying is, as long as an advertisement company makes it then its ok to steal an artist's music. Pffft when will the military in general learn they cant just go breaking copyright laws, when a musician cant even get away with it. its wrong.
