The description from Kyle Larson:
Eggnog is the most disgusting drink that a human being can consume. This is the reason that I am proposing such an event. It has come to my attention that a few high school runners from Lake Stevens think that a "7:37" (root beer) mile is ok. I'm calling them out. Even though I hate eggnog, I still think that I can beat each and every one of these high schoolers.
Here are the rules for the first Lake Stevens vs. Alumni Eggnog 400 repeats:
1.... everyone will chug the eggnog together in an allotted space on the track.
2. 90 second laps will be the base pace. We will make adjustments weather-permitting.
3. after each consecutive lap, each person will drink 8 ounces of eggnog, which will be dumped into each competitor's cup, every lap.
4. if anyone falls off pace, then they will be disqualified.
5. if anyone vomits, then they will be disqualified.
