Plus,even though everyone is experiencing more stress than ever, they are also tired of "stress management" and people giving them simplistic answers to life's complex problems.
In Part II of this keynote to an international nursing conference,
Dr. Crawford addresses this problem by first explaining why this level of stress and frustration is so prevalent, and why so much of the advice about how to deal with these problems will never work! Then, using humor, common language, and common sense, he shows us how to change the chemical make-up of our body and access the clarity, confidence, and creativity necessary for success in today's world.

  • Did I miss him talk about caffeine? The number one thing that puts your body into a

    stress state that you can not get out of until for about 8 hours or more.

    Its crazy, doctors never talk about food being the problem.

    You get rid of caffeine and 90% of the stuff he talked about you wont need to bother with it.
