Did I miss him talk about caffeine? The number one thing that puts your body into a
stress state that you can not get out of until for about 8 hours or more.
Its crazy, doctors never talk about food being the problem.
You get rid of caffeine and 90% of the stuff he talked about you wont need to bother with it.
