A lot of groomers get frustrated because most owners don't and won't teach this very important skill and they have to resort to restraints like the Groomer's Helper or the LIPS system but while it's not ideal, at least it helps to keep dogs safe while being groomed with razor sharp blades and such. Unfortunately, most groomers who don't use restraint systems think it's a contest and "they don't let the dog win". I don't trust anyone anymore, that's why I do my own grooming now.

@captmicha yes, I try to encourage people to groom their dogs themselves or find a really patient, gentle groomer that works in a very calm environment like in their home.

It is a Nina Ottosen "Magic" toy I believe. What you see is just the base there are other pieces to make it a puzzle toy.
