yea, I tend to like playing a piece after I've learned it for a long time before I decide to record it. I'll play a piece I like for a very long time and develop my own way of interpreting it and mastering it precisely.

lol I actually explode more in practice or in person. But I try to hold a bit of it back in recordings cuz the official recordings dont show as much variation. I dont want to create a recording that's too much of a maverick
