@renatoufo Drive is short for Overdrive. The other types of "dirt" or "gain" pedals are Distortion (slightly more distorted than OD) and Fuzz (very saturated, almost a square wave).

@renatoufo ultimately they are all distortion pedals...we use terms like "drive" and "overdrive" for lower distortion or gain pedals.

whats the difference between a " DRIVE" pedal and a " OVERDRIVE" pedal? I cant get this clear at all, thanks.
