just wacth the vid, in other words this is one of the things ill have you do when you come to me, so if you want to train just get at me, and please make me a offer, im kinda getting sick of the folks that asssume im doing this just for my health! lol make me a offer, im verey cheap! i just know my stuff, and again, what with all the trainers and these high lite videos? no before and afters? no real proff, if im useing a chick thats in shape alltready? its because i got her into shape!
