@LiquidAffect this must have been a friday, its the ahats from the mosque…
it says : "ashhadou anna la ilaha ella llah"
which means i certify there is no god except allah..
and this is why i love beirut, go to downtown on friday an you'll hear the ahat, go downtown on sunday and you'll here the church bells. its an awesome city...
