@genderpretender The Roger Black who won the 1986 Euros would have been much faster than the post injury modified runner who came later. He would never have beaten Johnson of course but a couple of WC's would have been in his grasp easily.

I was a huge fan of this guy as a kid, remember the 1991 relay well, screaming at the telly. I must admit though, can't take motivational speaking seriously since The Office! Rog should have become Bond instead :-)

ye hes a great guy and was a fantastic runner - im not an expert but if he had run even splits instead of going out more quickly at the begining, do u think that hed have gone under 44 seconds? great vid bu the way
