Playing some riffs to check out the new pickups.
No effects, Strings are 13-gauge in standard D-tuning.
Don't mind the camera angle, there's nothing worth seeing from neck up.

  • terve :D mä oon ite ajatellu et ostan tokain les paulin, ite tykkään tommosesta death/black/thrash kamasta mutta harjoittelukitaraksi ainakin aion hankkia, suositteletko? mistä ostit?

  • @Rektivalle Moro!

  • What pedals are you using?

  • @DuskHermit No pedals in the video, but currently I use G-lab GSC-1 for channel and pedal loop switching and controlling midi effects in the amp's effects loop. I use Boss NS-2 noise suppressor and TU-2 tuner. I'm planning on getting something like Damage Control Glass Nexus for effects.

  • hey man! did you make something special for the installation of emgs? I want to put one 81 on my tokai and I dont know if i have to make any hole or something. I would like if you can help me

  • @Golfinnder

Hi, in my guitar there is no extra holes or anything. The battery is in the same space with the pots inside a piece of foam. I'll remind you that you can't use passive and active pickups in a same setup. Also the active set needs its own pots and a stereo jack to prevent the battery from being drained when the guitar is unplugged. There's also a passive EMG-hz if you'd like that sort of sound and be able to use the passive pickup as well.
