The sansa view is a peice of crap.

ive never seen any mp3 with as many problems as this one.

It was VERY good at first, and i was happy with it,

but then it started to freeze, and every once and a while only the blue buttons would appear, then it wouldnt turn off. It also had problems turning on, and now, it only works when its plugged in, most the time if you unplug it, it will turn rigjt off, but sometimes it will stay on, but have a dead battery, no matter how long charged.

I also had problems with my view but some people told me that they didn't have any problems at all if you still have the warrenty on your view then I would call immediately but to me it just sounds like your battery is shot that is what I would guess

HEY i have this same thing 8gb and i cant seem to find the video folder...the retard who had it b4me really fucked it up and im wondering what can i do to make it with the original folders so i can add video and photos...any help?

Does this even have the ability to play videos? I can't get it to work...

Unlike other Sansa players, Sandisk did not continue to update the firmware of this player, unlike the Fuze which they have updated the firmware for.

Sansa is also now coming out with the Fuze+ which has a bigger and better screen then the old Fuze

@britney561 I agree.....The menu and everything would freeze or hesitate every time i would resume playback from when it was off for more than a hour. so If someone could buy this turd from me awesome.....40 bucks

This is the worst MP3 player i have ever owned. just dont get it. i've broken 2 and now my warranty ran out so if it breaks AGAIN im screwed. it freezes constantly, doesnt connect to my pc most of the time and my 8gb only holds 1200 songs because 500mb's goes to the OS. i hate my view.

i had one..but i sat on my screen on my from a funeral about 2yrs ago.. so i got a ipod touch....but i liked it.. mines never really froze on me

Necesito ayuda con mi Sansa View, porque cuando lo ejecuto de SanDisk se congela apaga y se enciende de nuevo y me pasa al menú principal sólo funciona en modo de recuperación necesitan urgentemente su ayuda
