  • @twicebakedcrow I know exactly what you mean. When I was 11 and in Catholic school our parish priest paid us a classroom visit and asked if we had any questions. I said " If Adam and Eve were the first humans, what about cave men? His answer was to laugh and say Yeah what about them? If looks could have killed, I would have been dead from the look our nun gave me lol I never did get an answer but I knew he didn't know how to answer it without putting religion in a bad light. :o)

  • @nickclark18 welllll.... I cut my finger pretty deep when I was washing up, I ran to the toilet and covered it in toilet paper, and for some reason I said, 'I am of spirit, through my faith in Jesus Christ my wound is healed', and I nearly dropped dead when I looked at my wound completely stitched back up and no more bleeding, in an instant! Just letting you know, im no fundemental christian or anything, I consider my self a seeker of deeper realities by whatever means, yoga, gnostic what ever

  • I have just finished reading this book, and I must say that it makes more sense than anything I have ever been taught was "truth". I have been saying for years (I am 63 this year) "Wake UP!!! Think for yourself! Inherently, we all "know" what is truth. At the age of 11 I was sent home from my Lutheran Catechism class for asking a simple question: "If Adam and Eve were the only people on earth and they had two SONS, where did all the rest of the people come from?" Pastor threw an eraser at me

  • you act as if that book will seal your fate.

  • Thanks for sticking your neck out. Consciousness speaks.

  • AWESOME! Ive been wondering about the lines of Paul, about a second Adam, just who then, is the second Eve, Mary? and this is a great renewal of the original vision which restores the whole. And if religions dont make us a whole lot better, as CS Lewis says, they make us a whole lot worse..

Truly inspired and authentic work out of the heart of god..thank you thank you..Andrew Harvey and the champions of fearless authenticity all around join you..in all their flawed perfection.

Jesus was MOT a real live person. Jesus IS a real live person. He is the personification of the character revealed to us in the book The Gospel.

Anyone who lives in the spirit of Love of Truth, Righteousness and Others. Is Jesus. That is why the disciples did not recognize Jesus on the road to Emmaus. Because it was Jesus in teh embodiment of a diifernt person.. And as that person expressed the TRUTh of Jesus the disciples hearts burned within them. Jesus was reflected back.

  • One concept revealed to me was " Find the Truth within the lie". That is the secret to harmony , loving your enemy. Your enemy is NOT lieing, you just have to see the issues fro your enemy's point of view. HONESTLY consider your enemy's point of view/. Love your enemy enough to seek a way to make his world a better place for HIM to live in.
