The Flash is the fastest superhero of all. He can propel himself at speeds aproaching the speed of light and using this he also can generate heat and destructive vibration. This superhero video was requested by some fans, I hope you like it.

Flash runs at speeds on earth to protect earth. Also, Wally doesn't know his full range of powers. What is clear is speed from on end of the universe to the other is not a problem as it would take wally no more than a second to go from one end to the other. The closest DC character to that feat would be the Green Lanterns not Superman.

@JVO2004 flash can go so fast he can go to different dimensions so im pretty sure the flash is ALOT flasher when he tries and quicksilver is marvel so you shouldnt compare them but flash is still obviously faster

I THINK IM RIGHT BUT PLEASE TELL ME IF IM WRONG. I BELIEVE FLASH IS THE FASTEST SUPERHERO WHEN IT COMES TO RUNNING. HOWEVER WHEN IT COMES TO FASTEST, AND WHAT I MEAN BY THAT IS FLYING OR RUNNING, I THINK IT WOULD BE SUPER-MAN OR QUICKSILVER. SUPER-MAN FLEW AROUND THE EARTH IN A SECOND TO GO BACK IN TIME TO SAVE HIS GIRLFRIEND IN SUPERMAN ONE 2 OR THREE, I DON'T REMEMBER WHICH ONE IT WAS.

No, Flash is the fastest superhero ever, the DC Comics guide of superheroes tells you that.
