MW2, Black Ops, these allow you to, but only on selective maps. I believe one of the older CoD games allowed play as Russian forces, unless that was MW3, but not Spetsnaz specifically. One reason would probably be because it would cause even more controversy than no Russian, given the fact that many FPS shooters today feel the need to make Russians the enemies instead of talking about Arabs to avoid the controversy they make anyway through Russians. whut
