Have you ever considered that the problems your discribing could be a side effect of whatever video recorder he used?...
Many free recorders are pretty much useless. Nowadays you gotta pay for a good recorder, that can keep up to the present games...

thats Zapiel spear lvl 48 blue weapon from watcher zapiel wich is VERY hard 2 kill maby 2-3 parties of 6 guys MUST have 3-4 healers

That weapon... I know that Aion weapons are destined to be impractical looking... But COME ON! there is a term called air resistance, that would be that weapon a pain to use. :D

Ya the last part where hes up in the air, the extension animation lags way behind, and doesn't actually extend until after the weapon hits the ground.
Still pretty cool though, and will be great for melee classes in PvP.
That Templar owned that Gladiator. Parried every one of the guys attacks.
