in every nba workout video the players be saying how hard they are pushed during the individual pre-draft workouts but when watching this... i mean, it seems like he dont give a fuck!

I'm judging this guy off a drill, cuz his attitude/professionalism was extremely lacking. If he cant shoot a bunch of jumpers/make layups without getting extremely self defeated it is pretty telling of his overall willpower and work ethic (and to a lesser degree, his skills).
Also its pretty important for pretty much anyone to have decent accuracy at the free throw line if they are playing pro ball.

I understand this kid is young and will say and so stupid shit. Everyone already can tell that he wasn't guided properly growing out. Parents let him dropped out of HS to play overseas.
I don't know what a bust is but he was drafted in the mid 2nd round. Not many players drafted that late pans out in this league.
I think it's a low risk high reward type of pick to me...
