My message to Mr Dreyer , based on his vid: medice, cura te ipsum ! Try to lean forward and land on your midfoot. You may call it Chi running, Mahatma running, crazy-sexy merry-go-round, injure-free dervish dance or just the correct, typical, old-style running posture. It's all the same. But the last name does not sound as a marketing catchphrase (selling point). Period.

you've seen lots of people strike under their center of mass,,,,,,,sprinters, elite sprinters! Their speeds are in direct proportion to their stride. When slowing down, the same technique can still be used as long as you shorten the stride and continue the foot strkle directly beneath the hips. Very tough to get a "strong" runner to take shorter steps when their body wants to stride like like pure bred. Even sprinters shed their efficient running when they slow down!
