L.A starts off 2011 with a bang by premiering her first mixtape and mini movie, The Presentation. Influenced by classic albums such as The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill and Kanye West's College Dropout, the tape's setting begins in a classroom and gives the listener a virtual walk through of her learning process as a lyricist.
