At current i have a custom Dual Core 2.6ghz AMD Athalon 64. with 4 gigs of ram, max the board can take, and a 256MB ATI card, and Dual DVD burners, and a 250GB HD and 120 External HD, and a Soundblaster Audialogy. I know not the best, but not the worst either. I built it on a tight budget.

the tegra uses windows ce but when they start up that software nvidia made it makes the interface looks 1000 x better by the help of the gpu
ahh linux the forgotten tail i really want to use it but i dont know for what since i just play games all the time but i know programes who love to use it to hack macs and wireless etc
like the backtrack OS which is awsome
didnt unix turn 40 today midlife crisis lol xD

yeah after nvidia pissed off intel
intel now tries to win the gpu market by larabee
and nvidia is trying to win the cpu market my using arm cpus and trying to make their own


the reason they started to fight is because they didnt have any competitors (amd/ati were a laughing stock) so nvidia said a cpu is not important as a gpu
then cuda showed up etc

AMD/ATI is not really laughing cause without AMD INTEL never would have there 64bit chips, cause AMD invented the X86 64bit extensions, that they both use now. VIA X86 64bit is there own design extensions. Also Intel and AMD are fighting as well, but that won't last long cause one goes under they both do cause they cross license tech from each other. Nivida almost bought VIA not too long ago, but the talks fell apart.

i was talking about the sale figures from 2007 - 2008 and even now
but im not saying their technology is crap or anything
im waiting for the lenevo atom 330 cpu with the 9400gpu for light gaming and chatting but the laptop they will have is a 12 incher :( i was hoping for a 10 inch or less

I would like a 12in laptop myself being almost blind in one eye. 10in is kind of small for anyways. I know when i stare at my Nintendo DS Lite for a while my eyes can tend to hurt a bit. Also the main reasons i don't like Intel is there Price vs. performance is not always so good, and they use bulling tactics to get OEM's to buy there products, and push the little innovative guys out of the market.

the tegra is normally used for entertainment movies music and gona cost about 99 dollars
when gpu is gona support flash every one is gona get the tegra
3 cell = 10 hours of HD 1080p content
u know for about 600 dollars u can get a really good phenom cpu and a the best motherboard which is a gigabyte and u will be able to oc it to 3.8 ghz + ull have cash left for a great gpu

yes i checked the links, and thank you, but it did not get me very excited sorry to say. Not big fan of ARM processors. Also I know all of that about the Phenom already. I am planing to do that, when my cash flow gets back up some more, but life, bills, and g/f comes first. LOL

Yes a g/f is worth a gaming system, and then some. If you love someone enough they are worth more then anything in the world. also look at it this way, can you have sex with a game system, and real physical human interaction? No I think not. Also i was not impressed with the video link you gave me. the pink girl computers did not do it for me lol.
