Flapping Bat Origami

Instructions for folding my flapping bat origami model. It takes one square of paper to fold. I invented this model back in 1994, and diagrams for it were published in OUSA's magazine The Paper back in the 1990s.

It's hard. I get the first bit but when u refold it that's when it goes wrong and ithen it doesn't flap. Can u help.
