@KhalidAsgharRadioPak Thanks for watching and writing brother!! My guess was right about your Tabla guy, i think there's no mehfil in Lahore and abroad where tahir khan and baqar ali not playing and they are the best in their class and have seen them in many mehfils.

this is great combo of asad amanat and faiz sahib, i am sure asad amant sung many songs when you were at radio station lahore.

We do not get many fankars singing classical songs ..in hindi its Shastriya sangeet...These days.Super singing.I do not understand deep urdu but have heard a lot about THE poet Faiz ahmad faiz. Sometimes i do wonder that if we can keep up with their uniqueness in this age and time?.

@tomandjerry2007 you are doing fine brother tj ji understanding and enjoying these masterpieces, Faiz sahib's poetry is always difficult and thats the beauty of his style of writing poetry mixing some farsi words too which makes his poetry little more hard to understand.

Its very hard to find poet of his style these days but he left lots of beautiful books behibd to enjoy.
