when selling a used item and if not sure of the condition, you should state that the item for parts and not working and always pay the extra fee for the tracking # this way you know where is the item throughout shipping and add the tracking fee to your shipping cost. AND ALWAYS BUYER BEWARE.

@justmusictube The fact they state ,, not responsible for item lost in the mail raise a red flag for me!!! sounds like a scam! I have NEVER had an item lost in the mail!!! and, there are Tracking and Confirmation numbers!!! Dont fall for it!! , you been SCAMMED!!

God ebay is just horrible. I'm a powerseller on ebay and deal with idiot customers all the time. Most simply don't understand how hard sellers work to keep their feedback in excellent standing. eBay Inc. has now eliminated the option for sellers to leave anything other than positive feedback for customers. THIS IS JUST PLAIN STUPID. Point and case..customer buys..they don't pay...they leave you negative for no reason..you pay insertion fees, final val fees..and now you can't post neg for them

lest say a bought an ipod- and n the description say's - seller no responsible for lost item in mail.. i didn't got my item... how do i know that it got lost in the way, or how do i know that they didn't send it? you know that would be like scam... and i don't think ebay can do anything about it... right? - because they can say that they send it and it got lost in the way... please i need help.. or some one coment about this..

i'm not sure about a case like this... sounds like a scam. i've never had an item simply not show up. i would start by contacting ebay and telling them you never recieved the product.
