How to make raggmunkar

Raggmunkar are a type of Swedish pancakes with potatoes n the list of ingredients. This is my first cooking video and I was working alone, so there are some problems here and there. Especially noticeable are the shots where I am out of focus. The angles are also a bit strange sometimes. But it was fun to make, and I intend to fix some of the problems next time :)

Ingredients (4 servings):
800g potatoes
4dl milk
2dl flour
1tsp salt
50g butter
1 egg

Serve with lingon jam.

What a great video, CountDiLuna! I thank you very much for sharing your raggmunkar. I came across your video while researching potato pancakes that are more like pancakes than hash browns. I just now finished eating my first raggmunkar and I am altogether pleased. By the way, despite your self-criticisms, I quite enjoyed the quality of your video along with all of your goofy quirks and your British-Swedish accent.
