interactions between beings, regardless of location in spacetime occur by way of the synchronisation of vibration of the beings involved and thus this means that similarity of intention, beliefs, willingness to be aware and to evolve consciousness are all factors that are relevant to an individual being contacting non-earthly consciousness.
many of the qualities that are often found in politics, science and so forth are actually counter qualities to that which inspires open communication.
