I've gone to some shows with this thing and let's just say that some lucky people got a very different lightshow :]

I'm using a flowstaff with 2 water 2 fires... you can tell which is which on the inside.
This technique is derived from the mace/baton spinning technique of marching band drum majors. I used to be one. Now I play with light toys!
