  • Dave i have 2 questions 1 have you ever tried to heat rocks and then place them in your bed area and then place dirt back over the rocks for the night.my 2 is on the snares. could the snare wire gotten cold enough to have snapped off.You know as well as I do that when medal get below freezing it will snap off like a twig, so I'm thinking the snare wire was frozen and as the animal fought to get free the snare wire snapped off.because it was frozen

    just a thought

  • Gey its the guy that clauderized his cut your harcore lol

  • Hey Dave is that a silicone-nylon tarp? How close is the fire to the tarp? I like the idea of being able to have the fire close to the shelter, but don't you worry about sparks and embers hitting the nylon?

  • Dave, good job on the vid's, sabath asked how you keep snakes from get'n cozy during the night, the thing is snakes in north America, at least where it gets cold hibernate, in den's under ground. Winter camping is one of my favorites too, though my fire reflector is normally 3 sided.

    Great job again!

  • @sabbath465 kick every hour

  • @E2F83 that's why I only camp in the winter so that way I don't need to be bothered by ants
